PostSubject: Overrule on ROM rule   Mon Feb 15, 2010 4:21 pm

I have released two ROMs to download and they are the kind that are able to be allowed here, because it does not go against any criminal rules. As it was never released for sale anywhere in the world, the Deoxys Distribution has been released. The Toys R Us Arceus has also been released, however that ROM is a fake and is proven to be working as it should.

Both are just Pokemon that you can transfer to Diamond or Pearl (Platinum may or may not work with the Arceus) and once Arceus is transferred to HeartGold/SoulSilver once they have been released, then it will unlock an event at the Shinjo Ruins.

Fake ROMs (such as homebrew) and non-commercial ROMs are allowed to be posted here, so some ROMs with XXXX in them. Please run it by me before uploading.
